Anita Barone

Barone appeared as Gail Cunningham, a chef in Seinfeld's Episode The Shoes from the fourth season. She was in search of Elaine Benes' shoes. In the 1990s, she was a regular on the cast in the show Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone also played Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife on her first appearance on Friends. Jane Sibbett was her replacement after Barone left Friends to pursue a role which required more time. Barone appeared on The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the first season (from 1995-96), and then in The War at Home between 2005 to 2007. Barone was co-starring alongside Daddio in the year 2000. The other credits on television include Desperate Housewives, Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005, for her character in the show One Last Ride. Barone's regular role in Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up was first introduced in the year 2010, about three years following The War at Home finished its run. She played Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones, the former husband of Barone's character on two of the episodes.
